Returns/exchanges must be received, unworn, and with the original tags attached WITHIN 14 days of when order was received or purchased in store. For online orders, please send an email to email@example.com with the subject: RETURN. ALL FLASH SALES, SALE, CLEARANCE, AND ACCESSORY ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Accessories include: jewelry, purses, scarves, hats, belts, and intimates. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure you use tracking or consider insurance as we do not guarantee receipt of your return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has arrived damaged.
Refunds usually take to 5-12 business days to credit the account used.
If you should receive a shipment from TOTAL BETTY that arrives damaged, please take a photo of the package itself and the damage that occurred during shipment. Please email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the carrier is present and the damage is evident, please show to the carrier immediately. This allows us to contact the carrier and report the damage properly for appropriate refund actions.
